Refund policy

Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The incorrect product was received
  • The item is defective upon arrival

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • Description of the concern

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Sale or promotional items unless faulty
